ESBI = RIp Off!!!

I was ripped off for 14.95 for 4 months!

they snuck the charges in on my phone bill!

So beware these sneaky charges, and dispute them!!!

Call your phone company first, don't even try and call those a-holes at esbi!

i called them first and after about an hour of telling them over and over that I didn't order their service, they offered me a partial refund. DON'T TAKE IT!

Settle for all of your money back and nothing less.

Don't let them get away with takin your money!!!

I know it takes time and it feels like a waste of energy. But we have to also be responsible for other people too! The more they get away with it, the more people will be vitimized.

You can bet I will get a refund!! On going over my phone bills online I found where ESBI has been charging me over one year at $13.70 per month! We are talking a lot of money and I will demand a full refund tomorrow when I call them and the phone company! I may cancel my home phone provider as well as they allowed this transaction without my approval or even checking from a third party vendor! I have read numerous complaints about ESBI and I feel something needs to be done about this company. We all get busy and trust we are being charged correctly. On my bill the print was so small for the charge I all but overlooked it; in fact I did miss it for over one year. If my money is not refunded in full, or a full credit given to me I will report both companies as well as getting a new provider for my landline. If anyone else is having any issues with ESBI please post here and let's all report them to the FCC, BBB, the Attorney General and anyone else who may have an interest in this area. I would like to hear from others who have tried to contact ESBI and have only received the run around from them. Lets shut this company down fast! Thanks
